Room was a bit old and the towels definitely need replacing, but overall cleanliness was okay. The best part was the staff — super helpful and quick to assist. Good value for the price.

stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor and did not meet basic expectations. The staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful throughout my stay.
One of the most serious issues was the water supply. There were multiple interruptions, and at times, water was completely unavailable. This caused significant inconvenience, especially when trying to shower or use the restroom.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It lacks the essential services needed for a comfortable and reliable stay.

Terbaik untk kaunter 24jam. Walaupun chekin lewat masih dilayan dengan baik. Hotel agak kusam dan perabot lama.

Kami terpaksa tukar bilik sampai 4 kali sebab bilik air tersumbat & aircond tak sejuk. Tapi receptionist membantu sepanjang urusan tukar bilik.
Ada bilik yang ada tv tapi tv tak ada siaran. Haha
