One of the worst services hotels ever have ever booked this hotel or recommended to stay here. Mafia hotel that chased customers out of the room. Bad attitude from the front desk without manners and treats customers very badly.
Response from Property: Dear Mr. WLK, you brought durian into your hotel room despite knowing that none of hotel guest allowed to do so. You refused to cooperate and pay the fine for the intensive cleaning fee when you got caught of having 2 big packets of durian inside your room. You even threw tantrum to all of the staff. Throughout all scene, you were asked to leave the hotel and kept creating scene. When security called for police, then you only left.

Great short stay. Clean hotel. The only thing is that it's a bit noisy as it's in front of a road. Can improve with a silent window.

A returning guest- good stay and experience here. Friendly service by the staffs, always accommodate to guest needs. Complete amenities - toothbrush & toothpaste also provided-Bonus! Clean and spacious room and has a space to hang clothes. Ample parking in front of hotel. Aircond is old but functioning and took less than an hour to cool the room. So far so good!

Overall, I had a great experience at Terra Nova Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for holiday.

Great hotel with clean tiles flooring. Bed comfy with good pillow. Aircond just nice. Wifi great. Mineral water also included. But TV not clear, only 1 muslim restaurant nearby & instant coffee provided is too little.
