Hotel Anda Malabo Phase II, adjacent to Phase I, opened and began operations in December 2024. With a total construction area of 22,000 square meters, it has 122 rooms and 122 parking spaces. The hotel features a complete gym, a constant-temperature swimming pool, a beauty SPA center, and a variety of specialty conference halls to meet all guests' business and travel needs. It is capable of hosting banquets for 10 to 500 guests.
