Leider konnte das Personal kein Englisch.
Das Abend Büfett stellte sich als Essensausgabe heraus. Bei welchem das immer gleiche Essen lieblos vom Koch auf den Teller geschmissen wurde.
Es gab keinerlei Rohkost, sondern nur Tütensalat, welcher in einem schlechten Zustand war. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Desert einfach nur mangelhaft.
Auch war es nicht möglich einen Wein zum Essen zu bestellen. Getränke gab es generell nur aus dem Automaten und Bier konnte man nur mit einer tschechischen Kreditkarte zapfen. Wobei selbst dies dann ein Dreiviertel Glas Schaum und der Rest Bier war.
Im Wellness bzw Sauna Bereich waren keinerlei Handtücher verfügbar.
Im Zimmer funktioniert der Tresor nicht. Die Minibar war leer und die Reinigung funktionierte erst nach Aufforderung. Auch dann nur notdürftige.
Unser Fazit: So einen schlechten Hotelaufenthalt hatten wir noch nie.

they should make it clear that Hotel Kamzik and Moravka cottage are different things. It is not so clear even on Booking. Then we were surprised that we had to walk from one place to another for meals. Apart from that, the small one looks like for school trips rather then family holidays..the whole impression was not so good..

Booked a room for one night 1 -2/2/2024 (room 14). The room was located in one of the hotel's sister buildings. The room was very outdated, carpet generally dirty, some windows could not be fully closed! The WC did not have even a toilet paper. The breakfast was very good. Therefore, I do not recommend the hotel for its price.

Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel!

Old hotel building from comunist time, but somehow refurbished and renewed. Fitness disaster, no heating with about 15degree inside.So called “apartma” was way far from some real apartma standard. I can accept if room is at least well cleaned and maintained. It wasnt. Food style like in canteen in work. There are good activity for sporting and kids playground. But overall, i expect much more for such cost. There are dozens hotels with cheaper price and better serivices.
