The room was spacious and clean upon arrival, but housekeeping was disappointing. no one came to clean during my stay, and towels were supposed to be available upon request, but they were never provided. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very helpful. The location is a bit far from the Haram, so keep that in mind if proximity is important to you.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional, and the room was not clean, with an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this place unless these issues are addressed.

DO NOT STAY HERE
It is very far from haram. It is filthy dirty and the attendants at reception do not have a clue. It was that bad we ended up checking out after an hour

This property is very unsafe as there are Bengali goons who think they own this hotel, not sure if it’s the owner getting them to do their dirty work, but no kettle, no room service/cleaning maintenance whatsoever ever, staff are rude as anything and to be honest you will find better for the money and services near by, literally worst place and managed hotel
