L'emplacement est idéal par rapport aux restaurants, magasins, boutiques,...
Mais, il est loin du Haram.
Il y a une navette mais elle n'est pas direct.
Elle dépose au jamarat où il faudra prendre un autre bus payant.
Le changement de serviette et le nettoyage n'est pas systématique il faut demander.
En plus le nombre de serviettes n'est pas suffisant (une petite et une grande pour deux personnes).
La chambre qui nous a été fournie est spacieuse mais trop bouillante vu qu'elle donne sur une avenue très passante et les voitures claconne souvent.

The hotel has deteriorated so much since the last time I have been here. The male receptionist was so arrogant. The Iftar was so poor and too expensive for the quality. It is a shame to see this hotel deteriorating to such level. The shuttle between Haram and hotel frequency is too low than advertised and drops you and far distance from haram and you need to take a bus. Room service: poor Do I recommend it? I don’t think so with the current condition Too poor for the value of money If I am generous: one and half star.

The Hotel is very nice, clean. Room has hair dryer, boiler and flat screen tv and bathhub. The hotel location is in the centre of Aziza near all the shops. Only one thing, the room service doesnt open your room when you put the sign. You need to infrom them to clean the room. One more thing the rooms are not perfectly sealed sometimes you hear a noise form neighbors or outside. Otherwise everything else is great. And great value for money. The free shuffle also very nice, they are very sharp with time. Not like other hotels.
