Uitstekend hotel. Mooie en ruime kamer en badkamer. prachtig gelegen. Gezellige wandelpromenade met tal van leuke restaurantjes. Ontbijt is werkelijk fantastich, zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader !

Genau. Es ist die Frage, ob es wirklich die zweitbeste ist und vielleicht nicht die beste. Was die Dienstleistung angeht, wahrscheinlich die beste. Was die Größe der Unterkünfte angeht, die zweitbeste. Ich vergleiche jetzt das Aparthotel CityBeach direkt am Strand und fast im Zentrum von Makarska, dass für mich bis jetzt das absolute Highlight gewesen ist. Da ich es dieses Jahr verpasst habe rechtzeitig zu buchen, wollte ich der Mirjam eine Chance geben. Und ich bereue es nicht. Mirjam ist ein nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr lieben Personal. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber geräumig mit genügend Platz für alles, mit überdachtem Balkon, oder kleiner Terrasse (jeder kann sich aussuchen, wie er diesen Freiluftauslauf benennt). Parken, oder Garage ist hier auch eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Was aber Konkurrenzlos ist, ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Sowas vielfältiges und leckeres habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Ich bin eher ein Feinschmecker und hasse Übernachtungen mit Frühstücksbuffets, die, wenn ich sie sehe, mich überzeugen lieber nicht zu frühstücken. Nach dem ersten Frühstück wollte ich es nicht mehr missen. Besonders hier in Makarska, wo es problematisch ist, etwas wirklich gutes und nahrhaftes zum Essen zu bekommen, ist so etwas unbezahlbar. Ich frage mich, wieso der Eigentümer sowas nicht auch zum Mittagessen anbietet. Aber natürlich nur und ausschließlich für die Hotelgäste. Es ist meine letzte Reise nach Makarska, weil mich hier immer mehr einige Sachen zu sehr stressen und stören, aber wer hier glücklich ist, sollte Mirjam wählen.

Lovely hotel! Staff are fantastic. Rooms and hotel well decorated. Swimming pool at the top of pool has the most amazing views of the mountains. Defo worth checking out. Lots to do along the front (walk down to the beach from hotel - very close) with restaurants and bars etc. Walking into the town also lovely for an afternoon/evening. We stayed for 2 nights on route down south which was enough for us.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sicher auch mit Kindern da "umzäunt" und Autofrei. Perfekte Erfahrung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöner Pool. Leider kein Spielplatz aber würden jederzeit wieder kommen. sehr schöne Mobile-Homes. Frühstück könnte auch dort genommen werden.

If there is a perfect place to stay in Croatia, we found it. Everything about this property is amazing. Clean, bright, beautiful facilities. Very nice and friendly housekeeping staff. Wonderful gym and breakfast buffet. But the absolute best part was the service provided by the warm and welcoming staff. Andrea, Ivana (two Ivanas), and Iva at the front desk, were always quick to answer our questions and patient with all of our confusion. They helped us with everything from headaches to finding a driver to take us to our next destination. Dora and Ivana (yes there are three Ivanas!) - who start their day early in the morning at the breakfast buffet and wrap up their day at the pool bar - provided attentive and kind service even in the hottest of temperatures. Cannot imagine our stay being better. Thank you all!
