Very good and very warm hotel is worth more than three stars Service, reception, cleanliness and style of the hotel really excellent The restaurant is very good, simple but very good Very nice breakfast I strongly recommend this hotel

Stayed here on a trip with EF Tours. The room stunk like poo from the moment we arrived. Did not bother complaining since this hotel did have hot water the first night we were there unlike the hotel outside London. We did have a nice window that opened to the street which we used to get fresh air. There was a mini kitchen that we did not really use. Mattress and pillow were the most comfortable we had for the entire trip with EF Tours. Breakfast was provided in a room that was not large enough for our party. Chocolate filled croissants were great. Could stay here again if the room did not smell.
