Hotel bom, atendimento, acomodações, alimentação. Pela localização (região sujeita a baixa temperatura), as piscinas externas deveriam ser climatizadas para melhor aproveitamento e, às opções de recreação poderiam ser melhores e utilizarem mais os espaços do hotel.

Ótimas instalações e limpeza Alimentação mto boa, cardápio diversificado e tudo mto fresquinho. Piscinas em otimo estado. Quarto maravilhoso. Instrutores mtos bons com exceção ao tio da Tiroleza e escalada. Apresentou Intolerante nas solicitações das crianças. E melhorar a iluminação das escadas noturnas. Super recomendo.

Local bem completo, porém algumas informações são distorcidas referente ao ALL INCLUSIVE, pois até as águas do quarto são cobradas, sendo que no quarto não possui nenhum cardápio ou informação dizendo sobre, pelo contrário, divulgam como se somente fosse pago BEBIDAS ALCOÓLICAS, mas não, tomamos um susto quando foi cobrado a água (8,00) cada. Nosso quarto também tivemos problemas algum inseto morto dentro do lustre acima do espelho do banheiro, e sempre tinham insetos pequenos (lêndea ou piolho ) na pia, ou até larvas que caíam do lustre, avisamos na recepção e falaram que avisariam a ordenança, mas viemos embora e nada de resolverem. Experiência não foi boa, apesar da comida e outras coisas terem sido a contento, tem lugares que não teriam esses problemas.

Já tive a oportunidade de estar em vários hotéis com classificação 5 estrelas, e, posso assegurar que de longe este hotel se destaca por excelência no atendimento em todos os setores. Pessoal alegre, solicito, atencioso e muito prestativo. A comida é deliciosa e com muita variedade. As acomodações são aconchegantes e tem diversas atividades de lazer. Vale visitar!
