I like the room, the size of the bathroom. The sae was not working. The hairdyer was not working - It was 30 seconds of work and the overheated. There is no air consitioner. You can only select the speed of the flow

Reservamos el hotel por su ubicación, frente a la parada de metro que te conecta con el centro de sevilla en 15 minutos. La limpieza del hotel estupenda sin embargo echaba de menos el aire acondicionado que sorprendentemente no había y ni una amenite en el baño... no había ni champú...no tenía tampoco cafetería. Para ser un 4 estrellas estaba muy escaso.

Buena opción en la periferia de Sevilla
Leyendo algunos comentarios estaba un poco preocupado, pero la realidad fue una buena experiencia. El hotel es cierto que esta un tanto "envejecido" pero cumple con la función de estar bien de precio , a las afuera de sevilla, pero con buenas conexiones en metro y coche al centro. La habitacion amplia y el parking es un plus si viajas en coche. En la zona hay restaurantes, cafeterias y tiendas.

Sevilla'da konakladığımız büyük bir otel . Odalar konforlu ve büyük . Banyo çok temiz . Fakat asansör sorun . Kahvaltıya inmek için onikinci katta yaklaşık onbeş dakika bekledik . Maalesef ikinci katta durmadı . Merdivenlerden valizlerle üçten ikiye indik . Mümkün ise alçak katlardan oda isteyin .

Nice, good for short stays, Metro station nearby
Nice rooms, good breakfast. But the aircon was disabled for cooling. Second night we complained and they gave us a key to get the window open :/

Es el segundo año que lo elegimos, nos gusta porque está justo a un lado de la estación Ciudad Expo, y hay un plaza comercial a un lado con un Mercadona, cafeterías y restaurantes de franquicia donde puedes cenar o desayunar sin prisa. El lugar es limpio, tiene unas vistas preciosas hacia el centro de Sevilla y se duerme muy bien. El buffet tiene el costo promedio de los hoteles en España así que debes esperar lo mismo que en el resto. Te sugiero que mejor desayunes en alguna cafetería de la plaza y si no tomes el metro y vayas al centro. No tienen lavandería así que si necesitas eso debes caminar bastante. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque si vas en pareja dos camas individuales juntas impide abrazos.

Pésima experiencia, nada recomendable Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido una gran decepción. Me asignaron una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida sin haberlo solicitado, lo que resultó incómodo debido a un baño sin cortina ni mampara. Para empeorar la situación, la temperatura exterior superaba los 30 grados y la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, lo que hacía imposible estar dentro, mucho menos dormir. Cuando intenté buscar una solución en recepción, el recepcionista no mostró ninguna intención de ayudar. En lugar de ofrecer alternativas, se limitó a decir que no podía hacer nada, con una actitud burlona e indiferente.
