I loved the property, the food and the service. However the room is not maintained properly. Maintenance work lacks.

Had an amazing experience. The property is wonderful with good staff and food. Lot of activities kept us busy throughout our trip. Though there is internet issue in the area with only jio network available, we were provided with a mobile phone with jio sim so that we can access the internet throughout our stay.

It was very disappointing to be here. The staff was not at all cooperative and the service was very poor. Also, the taste of the food was not upto the expectations and the staff rudely denied for the basic facilities we asked for. The amenities were also not properly managed. Overall it was a terrible experience.

It was a horrible, pathetic, terrible experience, staff was rude there was response from Mr. Manoj wo booked us, you can't order food because they were tired you cannot order tea, because they were tired, AC was not working, rooms doors were not working, they didn't even want us to call them for any service it all happened because I paid the whole amount right after checking in. We were at there mercy.

Worst experience!!! The staff is so rude and mannerless doesn't know how to treat their guests. Poorest service!!! They never attend ur call. There was no electricity and no water supply for 5 hours straight when we checked-in also they have not provided us with drinking water.We had to go to the market which is around 20 kms far from the resort n also they were not listening for anything. They were like stay at ur own risk. The place was full of insects lizards and big spiders. MY BABY AND I we didn't sleep the whole night.Pathetic and disgusting staff members their words were like nahi rehna aapko to room chodh do aap. Disgusting and mannerless people!!!! NEVER EVER STAY THERE!!!

Worst experience ever Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality AC They had no security at night which was worse Terrible experience don’t go

Absolutely amazing stay here. Staffs are very welcoming. The rooms are very nice, air conditioned and the curtains provide privacy. I liked the bathrooms too.

There are few things which we didn't like other than that everything was good. 1- breakfast, lunch and dinner was included in the package. We really loved lunch, the food was really good. We didn't like breakfast and dinner, we were expecting something good. 2- electricity got cut many times, i hope next time they find some solution for it because the generator/inverter they had it couldn't take much load so we weren't able to use ac and other stuff.
