This hotel is very nice, is perfect for a weekend getaway! The pool is very big and the view is amazing. The restaurants are very good and the quality of the service is superb! I will definitely be back! The only thing is that there are some details in the rooms like the one on the picture attached, and the rooms might need some renovations/updates. However, overall is an excellent hotel!

I took the hotel for a day use (this is day use because I had to be shot in Caracas for almost 12 hours while waiting for the next flight), the transfer busy is the truth that it is tetric, falling to cachos. once we arrived at the hotel, The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. Fortunately it was to spend the time. I wouldn't have spent the night there. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. I am a professional in the sector and the truth that healthily, that hostel should be closed. The only thing that is saved is the staff, which, as happens in all establishments, is what keeps the business.

Everything was excellent but I didn't like getting a pair of socks in the room, hanging in the closet... I think they didn't clean it well... but everything else EXCELLENT, especially the reception staff and those who greet us at the airport (even the driver of the bus is very kind)

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. El gimnasio tiene todo el equipo que encontrará en un gimnasio especialmente diseñado, incluidos soportes para sentadillas, una amplia gama de pesas, bancos, máquinas de cable y, por supuesto, máquinas de cardio. Cost-effective, will stay next time

I stayed at Melia regarding a conference for almost one week. The hotel is big, clean, staff are very kind and helpfull. Food is good. The neighboor ir full off stores and big streets like avenidas. You can feel completely safe in the hotel and dont need to go so fat away to buy thing, the are already a lot of stores next to the hotel including a new builed mall.
