Called hotel to discuss check in and a gentleman said he woukd call me back in 10 minutes....never heard from him again.
.disgraceful
Will never book again and will review on TripAdvisor to warn off potential clients as this is not acceptable practise. This caused us a stressful journey.

Terrible
Poor in every respect. Also we did not want breakfast - there was just plain sliced breas and o butter and no toaster so we left without sitting down. All round the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
