Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Het hotel is een doolhof met trappen en trapjes maar leuk en mooi afgewerkt.
Op aanvraag werd er een kamer voorzien die makkelijk toegankelijk was voor mijn moeder, die minder mobiel is.

Rather old fashioned looking rooms but it’s clean and functional. The location is very good in the middle of town. Very good value.

Hôtel propre et plutôt calme. Excellente literie. Chambre confortable à la décoration assez sommaire et au mobilier succinct. Parfaite situation géographique au coeur de Saumur (réservation d'une place de parking conseillée !). Personnel souriant. Seul bémol : pas de volets et des rideaux qui ne permettent pas de couvrir toute la lumière.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville. Propreté impeccable, douche et salle de bains rénovées, très bonne literie. Silence absolu appréciable (par rapport à l'extérieur mais aussi par rapport aux autres chambres!). Petit-déjeuner complet. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Il est recommandé de prendre une place de parking juste en face de l'hôtel, le tarif est correct et à la journée.

Une nuit dans ce bel établissement, avec tout ce qu'on aime. Gentillesse, discrétion, confort et propreté. Un petit déjeuner complet avec des bons fromages de la région ( ce qui est rare dans les hôtels) et la proximité de très bons restaurants.

not so welcoming staff as elsewhere
The room was fine, quiet and confortable but the staff at the desk quite disappointing. We spent two nights, were told we needed a code to enter after 11:00 pm but in fact there was nobody present between 8:00 and 9:00 pm and we had to rely on other customers to enter. As for the check out, the only word pronunced by the person at the desk was "merci". they never ask how was our stay, if we needed a taxi (it was raining). One day later, we received an automatic email full off mistakes hoping we had a nice stay... well, we had, but not thanks to them!
