I chose to stay at the imperial for my 60th with my cousin for 4 nights. We absolutely loved it!! It was such a well set up resort and luxurious! Wonderful and friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Food just amazing and loved my high tea and the tour in the Rolls Royce!! Would definitely come back again and will certainly recommend it!
Thank you to all at the Imperial Hotel for making my 60th the best!

Room was not at all a garden view which wAs a lie on trip.com!!!
We got a room next to the car park entry which was covered by trees despite making a request for a room on high floor with good views...manager says can't do much n told me to take it with trip.com!!!
Jacuzzi in the room was the only good point

Although the property is a near shell of what it used to be as the glorious Versace Hotel, it ticks a few boxes considering the reasonable price. The spa area is fully closed and no longer functional. The bed was okay, limited thin bath towel options but otherwise fit the bill.

Very run down hotel. Poor service. Breakfast is not good either. Would not recommend this hotel at all. The "Versachi "hotel is gone. Definitely not 5 star. Overrated

We had a very comfortable 1-night stay. Some items in the room were a bit aged, but they were well-maintained. The style of the room and the entire place is still very Versace, which we enjoyed seeing. The breakfast was fantastic, I would have liked to be offered the proper barista-made coffee as soon as we were seated. Pools looked lovely.

The concierges were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. Our room was clean but not serviced to a 5star hotel standard( milk, coffee). The check in and out experience was excellent and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, although full of variety and delicious, did not offer 5 star service ( plates and glasses not removed in a timely manner and buffet not replaced quickly ) however the staff were friendly. The bar closed at 9pm which was far too early after people returned from dinner and less than halfway into the oyster hour(from 4-6pm) there were no more oysters which is not ideal. Helena compensated us with a round of drinks was appreciated. Overall, we had a relaxing and pleasant 4 days with a beautiful pool and attentive pool attendants.
