I have visited many times here with my family and friends. The ambience and the staff is good and well organized. The owner's behaviour was very sweet.

Location, good as it's very close to railway station.
Room floor is tiled and was thoroughly cleaned.
Electrical switches are of good quality and sockets are well distributed all over the room. These 3 are the only pros I was able to grasp during my stay of 6 hours.
Room walls are in very poor condition. Only putty which is in shabby state.
Bathroom was extremely bad, truly horrible. Being there, I got it why they (hotel owners) haven't uploaded any pic of that. I have taken some and will upload if option shows.
Room vents are open means mosquitos can freely pass.
No one should take that room even at 500₹.
