The clean and tidy surprise surprise is great. The hotel is better than the five-star hotel. I like the water. I usually live in a hotel. It’s better. I chose a cost-effective super-high love. Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.
