The hotel is very easy to find and has a free adjoining car park , we were driving in and out of Windsor so this was a definite plus. Receptionist ( sorry I didn't get your name ) was amazing , so helpful and friendly. The room was large and had beautiful views of the Thames , we sat in the bay window and watched the boats and swans go up and down the river. The bed was very comfy , the pillows were awful , the bedding was so clean and had a beautiful aroma. The bathroom was equally large with a shower as well as the bath , piping hot water , toiletries , fluffy towels and an awesome view of the river. We were on the third floor , there is no lift ( which we were aware of ) but the stairs are very , very steep , however the friendly receptionist offered assistance with our bags. Our room had a great tea and coffee tray with water and a kettle , plenty of milk , fruit and biscuits! It was a very hot day and we were very pleased to have a large fan. The WIFI was super speedy. For the money we paid it was exceptional value and we will be staying when we are back in Windsor.

Nice little hotel facing the Thames . Every member of the staff were professional in their approach and a lively Bar to compliment. There is ample parking space . Boat cruise dock is a little walk away . We found it affordable and ideal visiting Windsor as we were driving.

I had a fantastic stay at The Thames Hotel! The view of the river was breath-taking, and the overall experience was delightful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway. I would love to stay again and will do.

Great hotel and location. Stunning View over looking thames river , friendly staff and Hotel serves my needs, offers huge carpark, bar is bonus. Perfect getaway, Reception is manned 24 hrs to assist . Highly Recommend anyone staying in the area. See you soon.

I stayed in this foreign hotel with my boyfriend for a week, to tell the truth, we liked it) it is an atmosphere of the old English style where you are greeted warmly at the reception, always ready to help) And I especially liked the view from our balcony of the famous Thames, on which cute yachts circle... . we will come back again)

I had an absolutely amazing time at Thames hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets ,amazing view of a river from my window i like the most and staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Give it a miss.. very tired and dated. Black mould in shower, took forever to get hot water, bed was so uncomfortable that the floor would have been a better option, pillows flat as two pancakes. At least the sheets and towels were clean is all I can say.

The hotel is a litle shabby in places but I believe the new owners are making improvements, For the area, I got good value especially during Ascot week. I had a room with the Thames flowing past. The receptionist was jovial. Ample freee parking available.

Was in Maidenhead and as I had been in this bar in the evenings a few years ago, when it seemed nice and the food looked good, we decided to have lunch there. Checked website and it gave a menu for the Thames bar and said there was no need to book. On arrival (I found it hard to get in, you have to use the hotel entrance at the side) I was told that they don't do food. Had beers (£5 for two half pints), which was cloudy with sediment at the bottom of the glass. The bar looked very run down, with worn out furniture, nothing like the website picture. A real disappointment, we went elsewhere. Was told it had recently changed hands, so perhaps it will get better in time, but for now give it a miss.
