This hotel was just amazing the room was very comfortable & spotless the bed was extremely comfortable along with pillows. The surrounding area was serene & very peaceful. Staff at this hotel were friendly & very helpful & the manager in particular went over & beyond due to situation which wasn’t the hotel fault but I was extremely impressed at the way I was treated. Thank you to everyone for unforgettable hospitality & made my stay extremely enjoyable & memorable. I would recommend this hotel if anyone want peace & quite.

Tijdens mijn tour hier 1 nacht verbleven. De kamer en badkamer waren zeer ruim. Airco en fan werkten goed. Mocht op de kamer blijven tot 15 uur ‘s middags ivm vertrek per bus. Kon na een wandeling nog douchen voor de bus naar Hanoi vertrok. De maaltijden waren erg goed, veel keus met lunch én diner. Fietsen waren aanvervanging toe. Zadels die niet meer te stellen waren en remmen die het niet deden. Naast het hotel een avond optreden van Vietnamese dansen gehad, en dat voor 5 personen! Dat was een succes.

Dit hotel is rustig gelegen tussen de rijstvelden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig! Onze reisagent had een superior kamer geboekt maar bij aankomst merkten we dat de foto's op de website niet overeenkomen met datgene wat je krijgt. Het huisje had een ruime kamer maar de inrichting is totaal verouderd, de ramen en deuren hebben grote kieren en de bedden hebben géén klamboe. De badkamer heeft een schuifdeur en daarachter staat een onverzorgde douchekabine. Hier hadden we géén goed gevoel bij. We hebben aan de receptie gevraagd of we konden herboeken naar een luxekamer. Deze upgrade hebben we gratis gekregen, wat we erg waardeerden. Onze upgradekamer oogde veel aangenamer. De ruimte was gezellig ingericht en de badkamer was in orde. Het onderhoud laat wel te wensen over. Er lagen nog haarspelden, pantoffels onder de bedden. Het regende er op meerdere plaatsen binnen. Het beddengoed vertoonde bruine vlekjes. Er was géén menukeuze. Het diner was voorzien in onze boeking dus we kregen een paar gerechten op tafel gezet. De kwaliteit was matig. Er zat veel gefrituurd voedsel bij. Het ontbijt was pover. We konden een pancake of omelet kiezen. De koffietassen en waterkan waren niet proper. Net tegenover onze bungalow heeft de familie een bar. Hier zat een grote groep luidruchtige klanten die voor geluidshinder zorgden. Het hotel stelt fietsen beschikbaaar.

The room is spacious and pleasant. Beautiful view of the rice fields. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Bicycles provided. Unfortunately we arrived early and the cleaning was botched: the sheets were not clean and visibly the bathtub (at least) had not been washed.

I spent three days and two nights in Mai Chau Sunrise Village. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The bedroom was nice and the tour guide amazing. A big thanks, especially to Sony, our guide for these three days. He was very kind.

Nothing is going well in this hotel. No wifi in the rooms or at the reception for that matter. The receptionist searches for our key for 10 minutes before giving up and giving us the only spare key he has left. The shower is blocked and the bathroom is full of water. They come to unblock it but the next day it's the same thing. Opposite the hotel there is a karaoke bar that blasts as many decibels as David Guetta, and when it stops a giant nightclub located 2km away takes over. I forgot breakfast: 2 fried eggs and two slices of bread with jam. Absolutely to be avoided.

The hotel’s front desk manager took me on his motorbike all around the city, into the mountains and through the marketplaces. He explained things so well/ I would recommend him highly if you wish to have more information about the food, progress, and people. He told me about his wife, a teacher and his 5 year old girl and their life here. I am 72 years old and felt exceptionally well taken care of. I think anyone who uses him will be pleasantly surprised. His English is excellent.

Large room with a view of the rice field, I enjoyed it. The view from your room is rice terrace, I enjoyed the morning stroll and photo shooting in the early morning. There are 2 sofas and a table on the balcony of your room. It's a very nice setting. Surprisingly, complimentary coffee ( 3 in 1), pet bottle of water. There is a kettle in your room, you can have the coffee anytime. I stayed in an AC room, so there was no fan. Also there is no mini fridge, The bathroom is big. Hot water was ok but I didn't have a hot enough water shower in the morning. You can use their hair dryer if necessary. As there was no one staying in the next room, I didn't need to hear any noise from the next room but the wall must be thin. Lucky me. Breakfast is very simple. 2 sunnyside eggs and bread. No drink comes with. You can order dinner (200,000) here as they can prepare the set meal but I had something to eat from the market. There is wi-fi but the signal is very weak. I had data roaming service, so my iPhone was ok with the roaming service but I couldn't use my laptop. As I was on a private tour, I am not sure the exact location but I went to the market by bicycle (Free rental from hotel) , it was a short ride.
