Sunstar Beach Hotel

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but people need to be warned. Arriving at the hotel, you can instantly see this is not a 4* stay, it’s more of a 1-2* place. Got to the rooms, and these have been recently updated however our shower was broken, and old(we stayed in A block) - The food is completely subpar, it’s either cold or just not edible at all. The restaurant staff are very rude, and genuinely look down on you as if you are scum, it is completely off putting and made us go to restaurants rather than eating there. And there is no ice cream on site for children that is free, you have to pay for it either at the stand or in the shop. - the pool, is complete chaos it is not big enough for the amount of people staying there’s probably 30 sun-beds for easily 1000 people(as the A, B and C block share). There is no lifeguard there for the slide, or pool and during my stay I see many kids and even adults fall as cleanliness around the pool was low. The slide needs updating. - the all inclusive bar is a joke!!! There were only 3 options : gin, beer or vodka. and it was all cheap drink, the mixers were bottled from the shops, meaning you’d end up with flat drink anyway. -they advertise about the beach bar which is lovely, food is fantastic and drinks are delicious but you have to pay !! The animation team were great, worked well with what they had(nothing !!!) and genuinely managed to put smiles on our faces daily.

Me and my family had an amazing time. Very good animation team, they were very friendly. Especially Özgür and Ramazan. The food there was delicious. The beach was also very beautifully. I loved it.
