Bieno Club Svs Hotel

Well, for starters the room we got (we were 4) was only made for 2. It was 1 room for us all. They did not give toiletpaper. We got foodpoisning. The pool said it was open at 8, but people were there at 6?? It smelt in the bathroom. The toilet would not flush?? The food was neither good or terrible. There was no butter for the bread? Breakfast was at weird hours. 8-9.30?? Who is up at those hours? The beds were hard as rocks. The housecleaning did not clean.

This is not kid friendly! The food is just slop and there is no nuggets/fries for children, except at the beach which closes at 18. I got food poisening from the buffet, and was sick 2/7 days of my stay. All rooms stink of sewage, and the plumbing is noisy. You can hear when your neighbors flush the toilets, or take a shower. They say the pool opens at 8, but when you arrive at 6 am there are no open spots. There is also not enough lounges for everyone, so you have to wake up early. There are barely any shopping oppurtunities nearby. The housekeeping comes when/if they want. And the most they do is restock toilet paper, and fold your blanket.

This hotel shudnt be open . I went with my son for a week , probably the last holiday we will have together and it was ruined. Mattresses that hard that we both had a sore back and body every morning. Food and drink not much choice and no diet pop , only vodka and gin in spirits. Rubbish cocktails and only tiny glass. Beer and wine not nice either. Worst of all flies all over food and they cover nothing up , my son Wundt eat only at the beach bar we ate when fresh stuff was put out . They put biscuits and cake out by the pool in the day but flies all over it and not covered. Chef and staff stood there and can see flies but that must be the norm there . How is that acceptable to serve food like that . Absolutely vile.Food standards shud shut it down. Worst hotel ive stayed in . In the toilet block, one with no door on , one disabled and one nearly fell over on me because it wasn’t screwed down to the floor and little lighting. Entertainment staff u can’t understand and go slow doing it and is really annoying . Pool and private beach area is nice but what’s that when Uve no food and drink. Feel like we haven’t had a holiday

This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Our apartment constantly smelled like poo as there was sewerage coming up into the toilet and it could be smelled strongly through the draining the bathroom. I was vomiting quite often. The food was terrible. We came as a family and there were children with us. There were no fries nuggets or anything for the kids apart from spaghetti and some sauce on a couple of the days. If we were lucky to get burgers (only the once) there were no buns to go with them, as a poolside snack we were offered bread and only bread not even butter to go with it. We always had to eat out which cost alot of our holiday money. This hotel doesn't like the British so if your British don't bother coming here although if you want to lose weight and your from Russia you'll probably like it. I would never ever come back to this hotel even if you paid me.

The bedrooms are filthy bathroom full of mould reception staff threaten you to sign a declaration that’s their hotel is good and you withdraw any complaints made before you leave and to write them a 5 star google review. NEVER COME HERR AVOID COMING TO THIS DUMP MORE BETTER PLACES OUT THERE THAN THIS.

To start the food and drinks are absolutely disgusting! Slop everyday and only catered for Russian, polish etc like no chips, pizza, nuggets, nothing plain if you don’t want to eat slop and mountains of salad, even the cakes were not nice at all! cocktails and beer are like drinking flavoured water, the entertainment is catered for the Russians and polish etc, had to beg for some English music, rooms were mildly cleaned just folding blankets that was it! Babies up screaming all night and morning so don’t expect to have good nights sleep, rooms smell like sewage and poo! The surrounding areas are lovely if you spending money, multiple of my family members were not well at all, apparently this place has multiple infections etc running about so you won’t enjoy your holiday fully! Seriously avoid this place at all costs. Trips out are brilliant if you can afford to every day. Also not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests you got be up at 5am just to get one! And others will leave towels there all day and not be by the pool.
