The rooms weren't very comfortable, but the food and cleanliness were good. Cleaning was done daily, and towels were changed. The sea is very rocky, with rocks in the sea. You could break your foot. The entertainment program is limited. Eat, drink, and swim in the pool.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Alanya and had such a great time! One of the highlights for me was the morning yoga sessions – such a peaceful and energizing way to start the day, right by the sea. What really made the experience special, though, was the incredible variety of activities available throughout the day. Whether it was beach volleyball, darts, aqua gym, or dance classes, there was always something fun to do. I never once felt bored during my stay. The activities team deserves a huge shoutout – they are super friendly, energetic, and genuinely make an effort to get everyone involved while keeping things fun and relaxed. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes a big difference. On top of that, the service across the hotel was excellent – staff were always smiling, helpful, and professional, from the restaurant to the reception. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing but active holiday. Whether you’re into fitness or just want to try something new and meet great people, this place has it all!

I had a fantastic time at Prestige Alanya! One of the absolute highlights of my stay was Team S and the animation team. They were truly amazing — so energetic, kind, and fun. They didn’t just entertain, they really created a personal connection with the guests. You could feel that they genuinely cared and wanted everyone to have a great time. The evening shows were also excellent, with a great mix of humor, dance, and performance. Every night was different and full of good vibes! The hotel itself is very well located — the swimming pool is just a short walk away, super easy to access. The food was also really good with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. I was never bored with the meals! The pool area is clean and relaxing, and the gym is also well-equipped for a good workout, which was important to me during the stay. All in all, this was a perfect vacation. If you’re looking for a place with great staff, good food, fun entertainment, and everything within walking distance — Prestige Alanya is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Мы с женой поехали третий раз в турцию. Ездили в разные отели. Когда купили билеты в этот отель, ожидания не были такие хорошие. Отель за своих денег стоит, хорошее питание, глубокий бассейн, выход к морю идеальный, не нужно переходить дороги, и тд. Фрукты вкусные, алкоголь на баре хороший. Вокруг много местных магазинов, отель стоит в центре города. Анимационная команда - супер, всегда развлекают, смешные ребята 👍 помимо игр всегда помогут, подскажут, покажут, а так же возят на дискотеки по вечерам. Али, Айтач, Джемре - лучшие аниматоры, которых мы могли видеть за все годы. Из минусов: нужна специальная обувь для моря - берег весь в камнях, и так же нет дискотеки местной в отели.

If you’re English I’d avoid it. Russians and Germans rudest people I’ve ever encountered and this place is full of them ! Facilities are ok Food is ok but no theme nights and same thing every night. Gets boring by the end of the week. Also queuing is pointless and Russians will just push in anyway. Snack time Kebabs you will queue for 2 hours and after doing so I got binned off with a Burger as they’d given people all the meat. One person walked away with 6 kebabs !!! Ice cream queues are also huge. Bar staff are friendly apart from the old guy who is miserable and unapproachable. Alcohol was very weak and didn’t feel like I’d had a drink all week ! Pool area is nice and slides are fun. Lifeguard just blows his whistle and shouts at you to get of the way if you don’t leave the bottom of the slide within 2 seconds. Evening entertainment is on very late and leaves much to be desired. Location is crap and is over 2 hours from Alanya airport. You have to travel to go anywhere. Beach is pebbles and not great

Nie polecam tego hotelu, byłam tam z mężem i przyjaciółmi w tamtym tygodniu. W pokojach obdrapane drzwi, prysznic zepsuty, basen - okropny, nie przystosowany dla osób które nie potrafią pływać a chcą się schłodzić w basenie. Brak czajnika i szklanek w pokoju, a jednak to jest podstawa w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu. Nie wspomnę o plastikowych kubkach na napoje…!!! Kolejnym minusem animacje dla dorosłych w środku hotelu, nie dość że słabe to to wycie słychać było we wszystkich pokojach i nawet jak człowiek chciał odpocząć to się nie dało. Jedyny plus to Panie sprzątające, które były bardzo miłe i które dokładnie sprzątały. Zdecydowanie nie!!!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming – check-in was smooth and fast. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and everything was always perfectly maintained. The food was absolutely delicious – such a wide variety at every meal, with fresh options and something for every taste. The beach was just perfect: clean, relaxing, and well-organized with enough sunbeds for everyone. We also enjoyed the spa area – the sauna and hammam were a wonderful way to relax. There were plenty of fun activities like tennis, beach volleyball, and even organized nights out to local clubs, which made the experience even more exciting. The hotel’s location was also excellent – close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and calm. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Everything was top-notch and truly unforgettable. Highly recommended – I would come back in a heartbeat!
