Based on good reviews, my colleague and I decided to spend the night in this hotel during a business trip. We paid for a double room and decided to clarify what was available to us according to the hotel’s tariffs. The administrator said that the hotel amenities we paid for included a visit to the SPA, but it was already closed, the time was about 21.00, this circumstance left a residue, and on the doors of the SPA, according to him opening hours, it must close at 23.00. There was no second hygiene kit in the room upon check-in. The next trouble was the lack of hot water in the shower. The administrator suggested moving over the phone, but in general this is absolutely not suitable when you have already settled down, undressed, and are about to take a shower, why not warn in advance about possible problems with hot water so that you can check is this at the time of check-in? Plus, in room 202 the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, the doors couldn’t be closed. Pros: clean, delicious breakfast. Next time we will definitely choose another place for this price.

Останавливался в этом отеле в конце апреля. Хорошая гостиница. Особенно порадовали завтраки. Сытно и вкусно! А ещё персонал очень приветливый, Настоящее гостеприимство это про ”Могилёв ”. Если возникал вопрос, то его быстро решали. Номер чистый, мебель в приличном состоянии. Единственный небольшой минус это то, что в шкафу всего одна полка. Если нужно куда-то в центр, то все в шаговой доступности. В целом впечатление осталось приятное. Можете смело бронировать номер в этой гостинице.

We come not for the first time! Booked two rooms because they went to the family with children, but when we were settled we offered a two-room room on four, which turned out to be cheaper! The room is beautiful, clean and light, with a good view from the window. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast there, and the younger daughter was prepared separately cheese and cashua (child menu). And for the rest of the breakfast was in the format of the Swedish table. Service is not impulsive, which is important to me. The children very enjoyed the spa, rested there every day. Everyone who is in Mogilev - definitely advise. There are no analogues! Thank you to the staff for the joy and good reception!
