Abbiamo piacevolmente soggiornato 4 notti in questa Guest house a 5 minuti a piedi (un po' di collina per raggiundere la villa) dalla grande spiaggia di di Beau Vallon! Sempre a 5 minuti trovi locali, ristoranti e negozi per tutto quello che serve. La nostra camera fronte mare, piccolina ma accogliente e molto pulita, dotata di ogni confort, tv, wifi supert, bagno piccolino e cabina armadio. A Villa Roscia resti incantato dalla grande terrazza che offre i piu bei tramonti e dove si consuma colazione a cena. Il giardino è molto curato con fiori e piante bellissime, area park per l'auto a noleggio dentro la villa e una piacevole piccola piscina in una parte del giardino. I proprietari Nicole e Marito sono molto gentili e super ospitali, ti fanno sentire subito parte della famiglia. A noi hanno perfino concesso di lasciare la stanza nel tardo pomeriggio del giorno della partezza, grazie per questa agevolazione. Struttura super consigliata.

Super chambre avec pièce pour les valises et frigo. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse vue mer. Possibilité de réserver le matin un repas sur place le soir : super service. À 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Beau Vallon et ses restaurants.
Nicole et Paolo sont très agréables et serviables (ils parlent même Français ). La piscine est parfaite.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous n'avons pas pu tester l'accueil des propriétaires car ils étaient en vacances. Nous avons donc échangé avec les employés, notamment Alice, femme sympathique (ne parle pas français). Les chambres sont de bonne qualité, avec des salles de bains plutôt vieillotte. Le point le plus marquant est sans aucun doute la vue sur la plage de Beau Vallon, splendide!! Les petits déjeuners sont corrects. Nous avons également dîner un soir, les plats sont très bons avec des prix raisonnables (vs les restos), et toujours cette vue! Le point en retrait est le refus de garder nos valises car nous avions un transfert prévu à 15h, la seule option était de garder une des chambres pour 60€....c'est la première fois qu'on nous refuse cela!

Die Angestellten sind super nett (5*). Jedoch leider kein Aufenthalt nach Checkout an/in der Unterkunft möglich. Sowohl ein Sitzen am Gemeinschaftsbereich (nur zwei weitere Urlauber zu dem Zeitpunkt, die jedoch tagsüber weg waren) als eine Gepäckaufbewahrung wurde verwehrt. Für die wenigen Stunden (Flug war am Abend) hätten wir deutlich aufzahlen müssen (wie gesagt nicht ausgebucht zu der Zeit, 1*). Top waren die Zimmer mit westlichem Standard, mehr Ablageflächen wären gut. Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Alice a été geniale en tout 😃 La chambre est petite et malheureusement il n'y a pas.d'ombre sur la splendide terrasse, ni autour de la piscine et à cette chaleur ça serait plus qu'apprecie.

Nicole und Paolo mit ihrem Team sind sehr gastfreundliche und gösteortientierte Gastgeber! Von der Terrasse hat man einen einmaligen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Frühstück weit über den Sey Durchschnitt. Trotz nur 5 min Fußweg zum Strand gibt es noch einen kleinen Pool! Optional kann man auch Abends ein sehr leckeres Dinner bestellen und auf der Terrasse genießen.

Die Villa Roscia ist ein zauberhaftes kleines Anwesen, das liebevoll geführt wird. Die Familie mit zwei Kindern, drei Hunden und zwei Latzen wohnt unten im Haus, die Hotelzimmer sind oben. Das Ehepaar ist stets für die Gäste da und kümmert sich ganz toll. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Die Terrasse ist toll und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Frühstück und Abendessen sind super. Fünf verdiente Sterne.

Chez Nicole et Paolo on retrouve la dolce vita car leur logement est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique la décotation est faite avec gout On est bien accueillis digne d un grand hotel le personnel du petit dejeuner est super sympas et le petit dejeuner complet Les chambres sont simple mais confortable l accés peut être compliqué pour les personnes ayant du mal à marché Sinon petite piscine sympas Nicole à gerer mon transfert de l aéroport et pour aller prendre le Cat coco tout c est bien passé On peut déjeuner sur place mais il faut réservé le matin mais en toute franchise il y a des restaurant qui sont juste à côté qui donne sur les plages Un grand merci à ce couple qui nous ont accueillis chez eux
