We were here for one night enroute to another destination. The room was superb and quite spacious, photos on here don't do it justice. Staff and housekeeping were polite and helpful, however, they could provide more towels and toiletries right off the bat. Dinner (we opted for the buffet) and breakfast spreads were great in terms of quantity although the taste could be better. The restaurant staff was helpful as well. Check in and check out was smooth. Definitely a good stay overall.

Old world Charm. Excellent and courteous staff. Rooms are Good and Comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast elaborate but quality of Food Taste and presentation need much to be improved. its below the standard of Hotel Status. Another most important issue which require urgent attention and action is providing Dormatory accommodation for accompanying Car Drivers of The Guests staying at Hotel. its big inconvenience for the Guests

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at The Fern Hotel. Right from check-in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were extremely polite, always ready to assist with a smile, which really made the stay feel warm and personal.
One of the highlights was the breakfast — it was simply great! A wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and excellent service made every morning something to look forward to.
The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, providing the perfect space to relax. Overall, The Fern Hotel offered a memorable stay with top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again.
