Coral Beach Resort

Good place, private beach and nice property. Worthy for the price

It is a well maintained beautiful resort and amazing for families. The staff is wonderful. I will love to stay here again!

Location is right on the highway and easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast looks okay. Buffet dinner too costly and not worth for the money. Rooms are very small and looks like a local lodge. While booking deluxe room shows queen cot, whereas in real 2 small single cots provided where 3 persons cannot sleep. None of the amenities were stocked based on guest count. Everything you have to call room service and get it done. Ac was not working and too frequent power cut. Only plus is private beach. This property is having more than 100 rooms and not giving the feel of resort and everything needs request and follow up. Lot of improvement to be done. For me it is waste of 10k+ money for one day stay while considering check in time of 3pm and check out as 12noon.

Access to Amenities: Guests can make the most of their stay with access to the swimming pool and spa facilities. 5. Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities such as hot water and reliable Wi-Fi, providing a hassle-free stay without any complaints. 6. Diverse Breakfast Options: The resort’s breakfast buffet offers a substantial variety, including Aloo Paratha, Idly, Pongal, Vada, Poori, live dosa counters, ***** with an assortment of chicken dishes and eggs, making it well worth the price. Cons: 1. Lack of Personal Engagement: The absence of personalized attention from the staff, particularly the receptionist, detracts from the overall experience. A more proactive approach in providing information about resort amenities and extending gestures like inquiring about guest feedback or offering assistance in arranging transportation would significantly enhance guest satisfaction. 2. Limited Staff Presence: Considering the size of the resort, the number of staff appeared inadequate, which might affect service quality. 3. Maintenance Issues: Due to the proximity of the dining area to the beach, the chairs appeared slightly soiled, likely due to the presence of crows. Improved maintenance would ensure a more pleasant dining experience. Overall: Despite a few areas requiring attention, the resort provides an enjoyable experience, offering good value for money.

1. ac was not working at all. 2. frequent power cuts. 3. our used coffee mugs and kettle items are not cleaned and refilled at regular intervals 4. ⁠food serving time during dinner was too long in oasis restaurant. 5. ⁠parking can be maintained good with paver block floor and garden
