The stay was disappointing. Breakfast section was a mess. House keeping was average. There weren’t enough napkins and face towels in the room. Food was consistently below average. The pool that was by the sea was poorly kept. For the experience and amenities they offer the hotel is terribly overpriced. It was more like a 3-star resort and not 5-star like advertised

It is really a good resort in the heart of city where you can visit all the famous heritage sites within the vicinity of 3 km
Food taste is really good in the in house restaurants, spa facilities are really good
Pool view chalets are also very spacious though are basic category
just outside the room there was large pool and you can enjoy and relax just outside
Overall a very good experience for all age groups families and couples

A wonderful location with excellent service, very good facilities and service that was both efficient and charming. Very clean and comfortable accommodation in our upgraded sea facing chalet. Deliciously fresh fish in the wonderfully situated Wharf restaurant right on the seafront. Immaculate and extensive grounds with beautiful trees, bushes and flowers .We hope to be back next year.

Radisson are a worldwide group of hotels. It provided a stop for our first 2 nights in India. Rooms were clean and spacious and well designed. Staff are efficient but felt big company tick up training. This is a big hotel over a big area, sign posting could have been better. Great sea view but felt not used for comfortable seating. No where to sit and get a drink and watch the views. Wharf restaurant served amazing sea food. Breakfast too many coach parties for my personal comfort. So it was provided what I expected for a big chain.

Recently I stayed at this property Place : Very neat & clean property The place was very calm and comforting. Food : Food taste was good ,but u can add more South Indian foods for children and elder people. Service: service was very bad most of the staffs are getting irritated,if we ask for any queries.If we ask for any help while having food most of them won’t return to our table or they will say u can get it by yourself. Reception staffs were very polite & kind Problem only in restaurant (both the restaurant) kindly make necessary action I would love to visit the resort again for the calm & comforting environment Hope everything got settled by next time

Meticulously maintained exotic beachfront resort with an immersive holiday experience. Loved the food and the hospitality was spot on. Garden Landscape of this property is a heaven for plant lovers. Only certain tweaks in bathroom upgradarion I think is needed to match with the rest of this property's flawless serenity.

The best resort in Mahabalipuram. It’s very clean and upto good standards. The swimming pool is good. Customer service is great. Food is very good. It’s worth the money spent. We had a pleasant stay here with our family and friends. They are following eco friendly standards
