The chariot resort is well maintained and wonderful ,the property is very well maintained,the service was excellent, and the scenery and amenities made it a memorable trip with my family
However, what followed after checkout day was quite disappointing. I got a call next day from the front desk about some missed bill, and they asked me to transfer money to a personal UPI account. The staff member (Ram) kept pushing me even after I explained I was busy right now , I will do it once I got time, It was their mistake, yet I was pressured unnecessarily — very unprofessional follow-up that ruined the overall impression.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better professionalism in post-checkout communication
