Vilasam is a lovely and peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, with a nice mix of modern and traditional décor. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need.

Service was pathetic, ac was not working no parking place. Room service was dump when informed about ac they didn't evn bother to change the room giving unnecessary answers. Won't recommend this stay. Need a refund atleast by 50% stayed 2 days there with this horrible service
