Family trip to mahabaleshwar
Hotel rooms was nice and clean, staff was also ok.. they were keep asking for tips which was quite annoying.
Management was not good to handle customer, they were trying to convince to pay bill in cash so that they can save their taxes and ours as well..
Which was not expected from such a big hotels.
Overall stay was good..

Very old property and not maintained properly. Quite limited options in breakfast and bathtub / showers and fosets are continuously leaving. Tv provided cannot connect to their own wifi not setup box is working.

Terrible location, unfriendly staff and uncomfortable rooms. We have experienced this in just 10 min. And left the hotel by compromising our paid amount. Strongly not recommended
