Stay was memorable and one of the finest. Very good property with good staff Mr. AHIK at reception and Shashank in restaurant are most hospitable and persons to remember. Thanks to all other staff who contributed directly or indirectly to make our stay comfortable.

Awesome Food, Awesome Service & Staff. Went for the first time to the Mahabaleshwar & this property first time and experience was completely out of the world. They have upgraded the room and birthday surprise as well. Will visit this property again & Thanks for making my birthday memorable.

Had a fabulous time. The staff is excellent, so is the food, and ambience. Special mention for Tanulima, Sahil, Shashank, Rohan who made dining experience memorable. Beautiful, spacious rooms in a lovely property and setting, with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset over the valley. Really enjoyed some of the on-site activities like stargazing with a knowledgable host - they have a telescope through which we could see Jupiter, Venus, Mars and a cluster of stars! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special and cater to every need. Will certainly be back sometime soon!

This is a place where we Mumbaikar don’t get tired visiting. A home away from home. Clean hygiene environment. We went there to celebration our 25th anniversary as it was a week day and had to join work as soon as we return. Food was outstanding and Chef Shashank too really good care of my and my hubbys taste buds. With a healthy breakfast to Thai delicacies, I never missed the vibe of not being in my favourite restaurant. Taj has always given us the comfort and hence the most trusted brand whenever ever we plan a holiday anywhere in India. Thank you Taj for giving us such loving and caring hospitality. Good hotel but amenities need to improve. Pool was not maintained. Restaurant was good for breakfast but buffet was not available for dinner, a la carte is expensive. Location is 15 minutes walk to the main mahabaleshwar market. Can recommend.

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our road trip to Goa. The property itself is an excellent location with the main market just a five minutes walk. The rooms were newly renovated and excellent views throughout. We were travelling with our pet dog and property had made excellent arrangements for pets - with special areas in the restaurant where we could sit with out dog. The Spa though outsourced to a third party had excellent treatments.

We had a wonderful time & have made very good memories. The stay was very comfortable. The entire team were very professional and lived upto the expectations from a brand like IHCL. The best part which we enjoyed the most was the Jam making session with Chef. He was very joyfully and made the experience full of fun during the entire session. The entire restaurant team were amazing. A big thank you to the housekeeping and maintenance team where we have had no room to complain at all. The Spa experience was also good and we had a relaxing session. A big thank you to the entire team and the therapists. The sunsets were breathtaking from the property as we did not have to go anywhere to witness the same.
