We recently stayed at the property for a night, leaving the hustle of the city. Must say it was just awesome. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The view of the Valley is something that no Other property in Mahabaleshwar can provide. However, the icing on thecaje was the team - just to mention few Manisha - Reception, Hemant, Mayur and Ritvik at the Coffee shop. Above all Mr Shivang Kapoor. They made a difference to our stay and comfort. Kudos to the team and All the best. Will visit soon again for a longer period.

The hospitality was great . The Premium valley view room is a heritage stay. The staff and chef were kind and helpful. The food the ambience was excellent. Pet friendly place. The whole vibe was refreshing and the climate made worth the stay.

Amazing experience, nestled in the lap of nature in a beautiful property! We stayed 2 nights in the resort… all our requests (and more) were catered, to make my family have a personalised touch. Right from the front office staff, Ashiq and Manisha with their warm and hospitable behaviour to their colleagues in F&B, Chef Shashank, Manager Mahendra, Rohan, Akhay, Rutik and Tanulima - all of them went out of their way to make our anniversary celebration memorable. BIG thanks to all of them esp. Mahendra and Akhay for catering to all our culinary requirements. Overall a memorable experience and we can’t wait to revisit soon!

We enjoyed our meals and stay at the Fountain. The property is well kept, staff extremely helpful and hospitable and food at their restaurant is scrumptious. They have activities like jam making, strawberry pucking, stargazing and kids indoor activities which make it amazing for a quiet family stay. Thank you to the staff Ms. Supriya and Mr Aashik at front desk, Rohan, Chef Giri, Shashank, Deendayal in the restaraunt ***** with their team really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and took care of any special request we made. The entire experience makes me want to come back again.

I recently stayed at Taj Fountain and had a wonderful experience. Hotel is beautiful, and service is excellent. Spa was amazing, and I really enjoyed relaxing atmosphere. The food taste is also delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience.

My family had a very great time at Fountain Mahabaleshwar IHCL SeleQtions. The beautiful valley view, sunset and greenery around gave us a pleasant experience and we felt more connected to nature. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant,it was very delicious. From the time of check in to check out each and every staff in all departments were very cooperative and helpful. Special thanks to Ms.Tripti for the room upgrade, Ms.Supriya for smooth check in process,Ms.Prashina for helping us with tasty food at the restaurant, and Mr.Mahesh for arranging delicious strawberries in last minute. Thank you everyone for helping us create wonderful memories...... We would definitely love to visit again....

Fantastic locations, beautiful sunset. Just need heated swimmingpool. Food is Fantastic. Amazing rooms. Kids friendly. Hotel is newly renovated. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Pet friendly hotel. Also has game room for kids. Its heritage property.

Front desk not trained well to make themselves aware ab9ut the biokings and its issues. I have 2 seperates bookings made 1 by Taj Epicure and 2nd by Agent. 1st booking is for 16th Jan 2025 Check In and 17th Jan 2025 Checkout for ehich i was supposed to be redeeming my Amex Vouchers which have already been ore informed to Epicure team at the time of booking. Voucher number have also been given to epicure team. Now front desk refuse to redeem 1 of the amex voucher stating that it's been expired. Its is commin sense that when i am checking out on 17.01.25 then my voucher stands valid and should be utilized I have 2nd boojng for 17.01 check in and 19.01 check out So at the time of check out now on 19.01.25 your team refuses to use the amex voucher and says that since your voucher was expired on 18.01.25 we can redeem the voucher When my check out by system is by default on 17.01.25 how can they not utilize the voucher i dont understand

Lovely place for a family. Excellent location with great sunset views from the restaurant. Food was excellent and service was great. I especially loved the local dishes. Tanulima, Mahendra and Jessica were lovely hosts. Would recommend two nights here. We did only one night, and would have loved to stay a little longer, but had to leave due to prior commitments.
