Citrus Chambers Mahabaleshwar

We had a truly wonderful stay at Citrus Chambers, Mahabaleshwar during our recent family trip. The hotel offers a charming blend of heritage architecture and modern comfort, set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens that make you feel instantly relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, with a great view of the greenery around. The peaceful ambiance was perfect for unwinding.

Stayed here for two days this month with family. Mahabaleshwar being our favourite spot, been coming here since ages. Stayed here first time, The resort is situated in greenery, surrounded by trees. First impression was very good. Vast parking space. Please avoid checking in or out on Tuesday. Being market day, road to resort is blocked. Have to walk about 200 meters by parking vehicle at a nearby ground. Resort staff provides proper logistic support. Location is superb. It’s near main market about 3 minutes walk, Check in was very fast. Rates are in parity with the facilities offered. We were allotted two adjoining rooms near restaurant. Rooms are spacious. Drinking water bottles, tea maker, bathroom toiletries provided. Cleanliness was evident. Bed sheets & towels clean. Only lacuna was that beds were sagging affecting sleep quality. Restaurant food was good. Rates slightly on higher side. Service reasonably fast , staff attentive. Liquor served in restaurant. Breakfast spread was also good. Resort has a Spa & many other activities. Could not explore the same due to rain, However rain had brought fog & pleasant climate, Full resort area was enveloped in dense fog. Overall it was a pleasant stay & will come back here

Amazing property right in the Mahabaleshwar market. It is built by developing the old colonial architecture of British and gives you sense of history. Front desk were friendly and welcoming. Showed us our room which was big enough approx 400sqft. Room has all the required amenities like cozy bed, big screen TV, beautiful sanitary wares. Right below our room was their restaurant, food was kn point but service was amateur. Breakfast spread was okiesh. When it comes to food entire Mahabaleshwar is down by 5points. Place has excellent facilities for toddlers to play and soend their time. My twins absolutely loved it and were completely engaged in the playroom. They have huge lawn for playing outdoor games like cricket. Entire experience was wuiet different and satisfactory.

Everything was superb but time a problem with me is all about cleanses last I stayed in the month of feb and now in June and restaurant staff Is very help but at the reception was not co operative.This time hotel give me a bad experience.

Warmest hospitality courtiest staff. Very very helpfully Rooms very very clean Food very good restaurant staff very kind n clean. Chef very good Genral manager very straight forward n helpfully Rakesh Nair and team Alam Rupa Rasika sharable and Pramesh biswarup all very nice God bless keep up your best services always God bless stay blessed.
