190+ years old resort, cleanliness exceeded our expectation. Restaurant, bar, play area all there to keep us engaged. From making the reservation, till departure- everything was smooth. We Indians have a habit of asking for everything quickly. Yashashree, Thapa, Pranesh, Vishwa, Ranjan are amazing, but otherwise people we didn't interact were great bunch too. It's team work when your run a heritage place. Clean comfortable & safe resort.

Staff assistance was supportive and breakfast quality was excellent. Room was having vintage theme. Ample options available for the breakfast for with veg and non veg. Check in and check out procedure were fast. E cycle are available to explore the property at extra cost

Overall the stay was pleasent and an excellent location to stay right next to the main market. The food was also excellent. Just that a few furniture needs to be replaced both in the room and the property. There are a decent amount of activities to get keep the children engaged if required.

Excellent ambiance of the Boutique hotel The Chambers. We found very courteous staff. B/F was king size it was truly 5*.They have a awesome menu for Lunch and Dinner. At Booking Ms.Pinki was very prompt and very cooperative. We booked Junior suites. Request the management to include 1 more meal during the stay at the same cost or Give more discount during off season.

We really liked the stay with chambers. Food was upto the mark. Rooms are cosy and children’s play area is the charm to the place. I had a great time with my family there. You can plan to stay if really confused about the properties in Mahabaleshwar.

My 4th experience with The Chambers. All outstanding. Very conveniently located , great ambiance, excellent staff , serves both Veg Non Veg food , clean and spacious rooms , lot of open space to play games like cricket , lot of sports activities for children as well as family. Malcom 1828 serves good cocktails and mocktails.

Overall a very good experience and stay! Highly recommend to anyone going with family or friends and looking for a peaceful stay to get a break from their busy life and chaos. Calm and peaceful place to go on specially in December month as weather is pleasant!

I visited Chambers 1828 for the first time in Nov 24 though I had travelled to Mahabaleshwar quite a few times and went on to visit once again in Dec 24 as staying at Chambers 1828 was a different experience altogether. The resort has a quaint English town kinda feeling with its decor being minimalist yet classy.. the food and drinks were top notch especially the cosmopolitan cocktail and the special cappuccino that i had requested. Staff is very cordial and help with everything that you need. Special mention about Mr. Abhishek Sharma at their restaurant Supper Hall, who was super hospitable. Very energetic, welcoming and confident personality at the restaurant who made sure that all guests were comfortable with their food and drinks orders. He was even good with kids I must say.. He was quite a professional when it came to dealing with his team and other staff to ensure the restaurant’s amazing vibe was maintained at all times.. the distance to the main market is definitely a plus point and I would recommend all to try their hospitality and food at their lovely open restaurant atleast once when in Mahabaleshwar..
