The food is great. The location is great if someone wants to stay near the city centre. The property is a bit old, maybe if they renovate the rooms, it can add more value to tarrifs.

Absolutely excellent friendly staff all around. From reception, porters, cleaning staff, and mostly restaurant staff. We upgraded to classic room with excellent valley view. Food was excellent at all three seating including in italian restaurant. I would definitely go there again next time i visit india. Only issue was wifi coverage in room. They addressed that by giving me a wifi extender. Truly a very good experience. I would highly recommend the place if you want relaxation and are vegetarian.

Gujrati thali is fabulous. it is healthy having good combination of dals, salads, and tasty vegetables. breakfast is also balanced with seasonal strawberry juices, and other etables. Staff is adequate in no and service is very good.
rooms are clean. they have huge area at near crowded bazar.

One of the best stays at Mahabaleshwar. This is a huge property with variety of room types based on your need. Overall the property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the food is hygienic. We had a pleasant stay and loved the view of our room.
