It is very close to Disneyland Paris, with regular shuttle buses and a buffet in the evening. We booked a parent-child room with a bunk bed for children. There is a paid playground downstairs, which the children love and are very satisfied with.

For us the t****th time we stayed in this hotel, our room was clean and the breakfast was average (not worthy of 4 stars). The hotel is generally fine and the entrance is very nice. However, the staff is not very friendly and what annoyed us the most was the shuttle bus that the hotel offers. We stood with our family late at night in the cold waiting with a lot of other visitors, this led to an aggressive and even dangerous situation. It is really unacceptable to send only 1 shuttle bus every 20 minutes for a number of hotels on the same route, that is asking for trouble. As we unfortunately experienced. Not a nice end to our nice day in Disneyland. Too bad hotel grand magical do something about this! The receptionist where I complained had 0 empathy and no understanding. Not very magical.

Friendly welcome.
Attentive and helpful staff both at the reception and at the bar.
We only had breakfast, which offers a wide choice.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, I would just say a little old and the carpet has stains. But hey... We will return without any problem.
