This hotel great for families visiting Disneyland Paris and we loved it. We got a family room with a king bed for us parents and a bunk bed for the kids.
We stayed only 2 nights and we should've extended it to fully experience the hotel. We went in winter so some amenties are inaccessible but if we ever decide to come back in summer, I'll book this hotel for longer.
The breakfast is basic continental breakfast of breads (croissants, white bread, etc.), cheeses, pre-cooked scrambled eggs (or you can boil your eggs the way you want), cereals, porridge, some cold cuts, juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate milk. I'm used to having a wider variety of warm breakfast food as part of hotel buffets, but this is fine for us during our stay.
The hotel design is dreamy and comfy especially the lobby. However, probably because of how large the hotel is, it's not always clean. I bring antibacterial wipes with me so I could wipe tables in common areas when we need them.
They do not have bidets in the toilets (we're used to having bidet to wash up especially with kids) so that was a letdown for a 4-star hotel.
The housekeepers are very polite, they smile back when we smile at them. The bar offers good cocktails, do try their original mixes and even their mocktaila if you'd like it without alcohol.
There's scheduled free shuttle to and from Disneyland Paris so it's easy going back and forth if needed (but wouldn't recommend it especially at rush hour).
Overall, we're satisfied with it with some minor points of improvement, but we'd definitely consider coming back 😊
