The location is next to Stanford. Breakfast is included, which is simple and nutritious. The lady at the front desk is very nice!
It's just that the pre-authorization is very slow to be canceled and it takes 15 working days. It has not been canceled yet.

There are two rooms, a small cloakroom, a small toilet and bathroom. The layout is reasonable and very clean and hygienic. The surrounding environment is very good. It is not noisy at night. It feels good and unexpected.

The hotel is in poor condition with very few amenities. It's too far away from the shops and restaurants to walk and there is NO free parking in Manitou Springs, so not very convenient. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful. I won't stay there again.
