Siamo stati in una delle 2 eco-suite che definire meravigliose è riduttivo..il posto già lo conoscevamo, ma le 2 nuove strutture no..beh, se cercate benessere, intimità e romanticismo, è il posto giusto..noi, essendo completamente soli, abbiamo potuto usufruire di cena e colazione in camera, semplicemente un’esperienza stupenda..nessun difetto, solo elogi

A few days away.
Not too great on the first night to be honest. The location, stunning, the room, beautiful with the swimming pool right on our door step. However, the heater for said swimming pool is located opposite the headboard of our bed, so during the course of the night you can hear the machine working away with a constant humming sound, which, during the night is greatly amplified. Spoke to reception the following morning, who gave the impression they knew of this, sorted us a different room for the remainder of our stay. Restaurant for dinner, excellent. The staff were both polite, and efficient and gave a first class service. Breakfast was great with a large selection to choose from. Catered for everything.

Awesome, apart from the wasps
Amazing location! Great pool with astounding views. The rustic chic style of the place is gorgeous! The real surprise was the truly excellent food! Dinner was delicious!!! The only downside were the wasps. I know this is not really in their control. But I saw no attempt to deal with them. None of the guests could eat outside at breakfast. I understand the staff may be used to them, but the guests are absolutely not. I would go back for everything else, but the wasps would stop me from returning unfortunately.

La posizione della struttura sarebbe anche bella (e farebbe ben sperare); peccato che sia irrimediabilmente rovinata dalla totale mancanza di organizzazione e pulizia! Arrivati alla struttura, nella reception ci accoglie un odore acre di un disinfettante spray irritante (candeggina??) talmente forte da farci lacrimare gli occhi. Possibile che non si pensi agli ospiti prima di fare queste operazioni?? Nonostante il primo disagio, siamo talmente proiettati nel weekend da decidere di evitare storie con il personale. Entrati in camera veniamo accolti da un’INVASIONE DI CIMICI!!! Insetti dappertutto, sul pavimento, in bagno e persino sotto le lenzuola! Impossibile rimanere un’ora di più: protestiamo con il personale (che, ad onor del vero, si è dimostrato comprensivo e collaborativo), abbandoniamo la struttura, ma - ahinoi - WEEKEND IRRIMEDIABILMENTE ROVINATO. Da denuncia!
