Le meilleur de la tradition! Admirable maison où l'on célèbre depuis un demi siècle le meilleur de la haute gastronomie française. Cuisine exquise, aux saveurs régionales, service impeccable et prix somme toute raisonnables. Je connais cette table depuis 40 ans. J'y retrouve toujours la même haute qualité et le meilleur accueil. Hôtel extrêmement confortable imprégné des mêmes hautes valeurs que la table.

Le cadre, le Personnel, La cuisine, tout était magnifique ! Nous y sommes allés par hasard, mais ce fût une très belle expérience. Les deux étoiles de cet établissement sont largement justifiées. Je recommande le tournedos de bœuf de Chalosse, comme un Rossini de champignons sauvages et ses pommes de terre soufflées, où la sole aux cèpes. Quant au dessert le soufflé au Grand-Marnier, déssouflé à l’orange sanguine, une « tuerie »

Very nice and peaceful place to stay with beautiful gardens and pool area to relax in. We had a junior suite, which was a great size for us. Had dinner in the Michelin star restaurant which was fantastic.

Gourmands impénitents depuis... longtemps, nous connaissons et aimons ce magnifique établissement depuis 50 ans. Nous avons connu les parents, puis les enfants et maintenant la petite fille qui s'apprête à prendre le relais au piano. Cet avis est l'occasion, après un énième séjour, de dire notre admiration pour la famille Cousseau qui maintient une tradition de haute qualité et d'accueil. Cuisine magnifique, qui exalte le terroir du sud ouest, chambres très confortables. Beau parc où il fait bon flâner.. quand il fait beau. Le meilleur de cet hôtel, une ambiance familiale et informelle qui n'empêche pas un professionnalisme sans faille. Bravo et merci.

Tout était presque parfait. L’émincé de langoustines, la pintade de Chalosse superbes, le foie gras poêlé aux myrtilles exceptionnel, mais déçu par le homard qui était en légère sur cuisson. Dommage. Le dessert ne nous a pas convaincu, sans relief.
