Nice Hotel. Breakfast and Dining area spotless which is excellent. Great location. Nice friendly staff. View from breakfast level was AMAZING! My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself. Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom. Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!

Amazing service

I booked this hotel as part of a trip with my 16yr old daughter because we've stayed in Bahia Principe hotels before and loved them. I was slightly concerned by some of the more negative comments and by the proximity to the nightlife in Magaluf. I wasn't sure if it would be a 'party' hotel, full of teens and 20-somethings. I even considered finding a different hotel, but I'm glad I didn't! It was exactly what we were looking for! The hotel was beautiful! Some areas are slightly dated but there's obviously been a lot of work going into addressing that. Our room was really lovely with an amazing view and good air conditioning. The pool area was clean, not too busy (could always get a sunbed) & also had brilliant views. The bar and snacks were fab and staff were so friendly throughout the hotel. Not having to carry a room key was also great as it is conveniently embedded in your bracelet. Breakfast was just fine & gave us everything to set us up for the day. The lift to/from the beach is genius as the hotel is up quite a steep hill & is not the nicest to climb when it's so hot! That would be my only improvement; the lift is locked up at 11pm each night because the doors to the pool are locked up then too. We were walking back from the beachfront at around 11.30pm and had to walk up the hill each night. We're able bodied & had no issue with it, other than it was really hot! If there was a way to keep the lift going later, that would have been ace. But that's literally all we could suggest. Thanks so much for a great stay!

When I checked in, the woman at reception was rude, unhelpful, and actually argued with me about a tax I had no argument about. She gave no basic information like WiFi, gate codes, dining times or how to get pool towels. That first impression never improved. My room had bugs, the air conditioning barely worked(never below 25c)and the shower flooded the whole bathroom because the glass panel is too short and the drain doesn’t flow properly. There was also a sewer smell throughout the room. Around the hotel it wasn’t much better — the lobby smelled awful the first few days, and there’s no air conditioning in any of the common areas, which made it really uncomfortable. They also shut down the hotel at 11pm and turn off most of the lights, so it feels like everything is closed and unwelcoming. This includes the front lobby. The hotel is very outdated and most areas have zero staff or accessibility. There are zero basic room amenities and everything is extra: safe, gym etc. Check-out was the final straw. The same receptionist was on personal phone calls, the lobby lights were off, and when I asked for help she snapped that it didn’t matter because it was her “last day” and she “didn’t care.” Unbelievably unprofessional for someone working with guests. The only positive was the restaurant staff — they were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, everything else was such a disappointment that I can’t recommend this hotel.
