Неплохой отель, чисто, аккуратно, все новое. Ценник высоковат, как в принципе на все в Магадане. Вода из крана течет ужасная, желтая и с запахом сероводорода. Завтраки вполне себе приличные. Месторасположение удобное. Персонал дружелюбный.

На двери гостиницы написано, что гостиница без звезд. Согласен. Переделана из офисного здания. Рядом с автовокзалом, что удобно если вы используете автобусы. Персонал любезен, номера чистые. Площадь стандартного номера мала и при проходе к окну задеваешь холодильник. Номер предназнчен, чтобы переночевать. Завтраки комплексные меняются по дням недели. Скудные. Цена, как и везде в Магадане завышена на 30%. В Магадане необходимо открыть сетевую гостиницу.
