It’s an amazing hotel that doesn’t provide your usual five stars strict luxury behaviors, it’s more like what a family feels like , every one is very friendly, the location I believe is one of the best locations in Jordan , the food and the service was outstanding my thanks goes to chef Khalid and chef abdallatef for the amazing food and Motaz and Aws for the atmosphere and the service and for everyone who I couldn’t remember there name thank you so much

Very bad experience, the hotel including the management and the facilities are really bad , They do not have the minimum standards of respect , the food is really bad and high prices, the pools are far away with no signs to indicate the locations. The rooms without any maintenance and one of the elevators was broken during our stay, they charge over the room price on everything like even ice as the fridge was broken as well and no cold water in the rooms. Above all that the management includes Nidal and Lubna were very unprofessional, and obviously the employees are not happy with their management, I went to the hotel 13 years ago and I can tell it is really in bad condition now and not the same nice place I have visited in the past.

We spent one night in a very Nice and comfortable bedroom in this wonderfull and peacefull hôtel and Spa. We went to the falls Good for skin and health. We talked to jordanien women who offered us homemade food , we had such a wonderfull Time. The service in the hôtel is perfect and respect full. Thanks a lot for this mémorable moment. We will come back for sure with all the Family. Buffet and drinks in the hôtel are very Good and healthy

Hôtel fabuleux, Très paisible en face les cascades d’eau thermale. Idéal pour finir son séjour après un passage par le Wadi Rum. La décoration originale, basée sur le bois, s’intègre parfaitement dans le paysage. La nourriture est excellente, on est loin des buffets internationaux. On a aimé le côté cocooning, si vous recherchez animation et mouvement, abstenez-vous. Si comme nous vous recherchez une expérience authentique et qualitative, courrez y ! Le personnel est aux petits soins.
