2nd Visit for me Location of this resort is in the middle of Rain Forest area. So it is Lush green The resort has been built very beautifully. Rooms are amazing and clean. So the cleaning staff is doing well. Beautiful place for a secluded vacation The location is secluded so make sure you have enough petrol in car and munching snacks. Though small shops are there nearby by drive. Key improvement areas are 1. There was kettle and cups in room, but no tea or coffee or milk. When asked, the staff was not clear. 2. Breakfast has to be only at 9am. due to staff and restaurant. Seems like guests have to abide by rules. ha ha. Not flexible staff. 3. There is no one after 5pm. only 2 bottles of water in room. should keep 4 bottles atleast. most hotels have that, even cheaper than this place 5. The front staff is more Focussed on the cafe and restaurant. Not much on guests staying. Infact one lady in restaurant was on her phone playing games and she said if you want to eat it's ok otherwise you can find some other place. :) I felt Lack of training to manage such a great place.

The hotel employees were kind. The whole is gentle lighting. The hotel is perfect for sightseeing. I would like to use this again next time.

DiDi, Swedish owner did not give me a nice welcoming, he was in hurry to go on an outing with resident. When I told him I wanted to change rooms, we got into a very bad heated discussion, then finally he said ok in a very harsh way. Since then for the remainder of my 5 days DiDi was not helpful, very poor response when texting him, refused to return my calls, and avoided answering questions I had about my stay. Poor Wifi all around property. Poor housekeeping for room, never changed the bed linens (during 4 N stay); daily had to ask for clean towels and to empty trash in rooms. Rooms were out dated, extremely worn old towels. Extremely HARD mattress. I had large room w/ sitting area n kitchen, but kitchen had no supplies (no dishes, no utensils, no microwave) only refrigerator. When asked for a dish, bowl, fork, his wife told me No, then I walked to kitchen and she went to get items. Communication w/ staff was extremely difficult (only spoke Thai) n had to call DiDi abt. my concerns. Severe problems with Ants 🐜 in bathroom n kitchen areas n kitten cleaner brush (used from previous customers) was smelling, dingy, n owner should have provided new one. I asked DiDi to for help to find a driver he said it was difficult for drivers to come there n I should call Grab (Uber like service) which does not come to the area. I ate at the restaurant 1 time, food was too salty n not very good, so I ate the rest of my meals at outside hotels. DiDi , the owner said he had lived here over 30++ years , but he has decor, towns, bed linen dating back to those years. I was 110% unhappy and disappointed with how I was subjected to rudeness and inhospitable manners by DiDi the owner. I’ve traveled around the World and never have experienced disappointment as I did with owner, and property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE, if so be aware of what May transpire during your stay.

It was a nice place n plus the surrounding is big enough for ppl walk n explore. But the service stuff quite good, just that she not a proactive person. I believe it must be due to less customer.

Nice accommodation in natural surroundings. The super-friendly owners prepare excellent and copious food, based on home-grown or local organic products and take time to explain you their composition and virtues. Bicycles are available on the property to explore the quiet surroundings. Breakfast was included in the accommodation price, but we choose to have 2 evening meals as well, which allowed us to discover rarely seen products. To be recommended without restrictions !
