1. I was once fooled by a fake website to book, lost 2000, but then I came back to book again here, said the view and room were beautiful. ..but the room I got was blocked by trees, or maybe I booked through the website, so I got this kind of room.
2. When the staff brought breakfast, they never called the people inside, didn't know what the customers were doing, just came in.
3. When they came to collect the breakfast set, it was the same. You have to teach them when entering the customer's room.
3. The breakfast was terrible.

We booked the wrong room type online that day. After negotiating for a few days, we were willing to increase the price to upgrade to a room type. We were unwilling to change the room type no matter what. The store was really stubborn and refused to change, so be sure to check it clearly when placing the order. It is not the room type you want. I didn’t cancel, and I didn’t want to increase the price. I flew to Chiang Mai specifically to change. It was really disappointing. The cabin type room, the breakfast was mediocre, and the price was really not cheap. It was very cold at night on the mountain, and the quilt was not warm enough. I had to pay an extra 100 for a quilt.
