The fuses in the bungalow kept tripping. At night, we had to turn off all the devices that consumed electricity so that only the air conditioner worked. In the morning, when we turned on the lights, the entire bungalow was completely de-energized, although the air conditioner had already been turned off in advance.
There was some kind of smell coming from the bathroom in the bungalow.
The drain in the sink was clogged, there was some kind of sewage in the toilet, it did not flush.
In the kitchen: the salad with chicken and bacon was tasteless and looked unappetizing.

The environment and service are really great. I really like the owner and his wife, and the food they provide is really delicious. The spa inside is also super good and super cheap. I’ll have the opportunity to come back to this hotel for vacation next year!

We loved every minute at this beautiful resort. Very peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts - Ying and Peter were welcoming, informative and kind. Ying prepared delicious and healthy meals. Peter was an excellent bartender. This wonderful place was 30 minutes from Chiang Mai, but a world away. It was tranquil. We shall return!

We had a lovely stay here - very relaxing after downtown Chiang Mai. I had thought it would be even more remote but it is surrounded by the paddy fields and sunsets are beautiful. There is only one place to eat on the property and home cooked meals take time, but for anything else you need to take a Grab, Gorgeous swimming pool, and lovely setting
