Katiliya Mountain Resort and Spa

We chose this resort based on its good reviews on the internet. Resort is located on the mountain, closeby the border market and tea plantation which are worth going to take a look. Hotel itself, I feel it needs a lot of work to renovate… spa is not relaxing experience. Toilet in the room smells quite bad from the vent. But what makes it up is the reception staff really pleasant. And helpful. Food is good and breakfast overlooking the mountain is very nice. Maybe what we have missed is also the heated pool just happened to be closed. I see its potential to be a 5 star resort with lovely Mountain View.

The hotel is in a good location. Because it is on Phahonyothin Road No. 1, heading to Mae Sai District, the school will be on the left, clearly purple and gray before reaching the sign of Ban San Kong, a little closer to Ban San Kong School. In walking distance Keep coming to the left, there are 7 eleven restaurants, municipality fresh market. There is a small swimming pool. In front of the lobby there is a small pool table. To play with the perfect management of the space, the front parking lot is fairly wide, the air-conditioned room works well, the back of the school is a view of the rice fields. The balcony has a steel barrier, 100% safe, cable TV, soft bed, pillows, blankets, very good, there is a hair dryer, good water flow, deep sleep, very good value. Who visits Doi Tung? Stay here is considered close. because the distance is only 15 km.

I've rented a 675 baths breakfast included for 2. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped room: fridge hot water air conditioning...decoration a little older. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Visama Mae Chan

Tented camps seem all the rage around the world. This place was about 6 months old when we checked in. Our 'tent' was really luxurious and given it was late June, the AC worked well and was much appreciated. The staff was young and worked very hard to be helpful. The management was attentive. The food was glorious, which was amazing since there were only a few of us checked in. The chef was happy to give us a tour of the kitchen garden. The grounds were really well kept. Outdoor pool was very clean. They even had outdoor movies. Being new, there are a few issues to work out. The phone system was not fully functioning - not that we needed it. This place will rise to the top given what we saw. We recommend it to everyone.
Kornwat Garden Resort

We stayed 2 nights at the resort in February. Arrived late and was greeted by Nuch, who was friendly and can communicate in English. The resort is a little remote, so unless you have a vehicle, be prepared to have all your meals there. I think it has 19 rooms altogether and is like a family run resort. Not crowded which is just what we were looking for. We ordered our dinner with Nuch at the reception desk upon checked in and proceeded to have our dinner at the restaurant. We had the restaurant all to ourselves that night. A young man Dom attended to us on our 3 days there from helping with food ordering, frying eggs, serving food, arranging transport, guiding us with tv setup etc. Nuch attended to all our request and even recommended us a tea plantation to visit, what nice cake to order etc. All the other staff are just as friendly but Nuch and Dom stand out for their excellent service and hospitality. The room we stayed is spacious and clean. This is a good place to be away to relax with family members. It is on elevated ground and you can have good view and be close to nature. And yes it has good speed wifi throughout the resort.
