Location in main city. Food was nice. Tasty food. No hot water. Room was clean. Location city centre.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was incredibly slow—something as simple as a cup of tea took around 2-3 hours to arrive. The staff should be more polite and friendly, but unfortunately, I didn’t see that during my stay. Additionally, the room was not as clean as it should have been, which added to the overall unpleasant experience.

For pune to banglur flight makes my trip asked me to purchase seats by telling free seats not available while as 75% flight was empty for web check in for return flight
hyderabad to pune flight it’s again asking to buy seats where as i already buy it

Worst experience and till 10:30pm we had to wait for 2nd room. One room in 4th floor and another in 2nd floor, even when you request stating we are family together. No towels, no proper fans and stinking rooms. Everything shown in pictures are 8 years back version

The property is in a good location. The property is old but they are renovating the rooms just fine. The food is very good.
