I had a short stay here. Front office staff were very courteous and welcoming. Rooms were satisfactory. Had dinner in the restaurant. Food taste was good . The worst experience was during next day breakfast . Very poor attitude shown by the waiters, Apathetic and not caring for the guest. Their service was horrible. Just due to this one horrible experience , I left the hotel with a very bad feeling and will not recommend this hotel for anyone even for a short stay

My wife and I had an exceptional stay in the hotel ….. the room, food and service was top notch. All staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable but one staff stood out completely …. Ms Kala. Her engaging smile, knowledge of the area, and proactively seeking to enhance service to us is beyond words. Thank you Ms Kala…. From Mr and Mrs Sivakumar.

During my experience, I found the staff members to be consistently friendly and eager to provide assistance, often exceeding expectations. In particular, I would like to commend Kala and team members of the front service team, for their outstanding professionalism and consistently positive demeanor..swimming pool experience was excellent..

The restaurant is also very good. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. Special mention for Kala. She is very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. I would also recommend this hotel, I had a very pleasant and hassle free stay and trip thanks to entire staff of Poppys

The hotel is very nice and is located in very nice location.. we have stayed here for a night and it was one of the best stays. The employees are friendly and the service is impeccable.Especially Kala was very helpful , The food is very tasty and reasonably priced..

The rooms were good and bathroom was very well maintained and particular thanks to Ms. Agni who took care of the room very well, would definitely book another staycation here. The food was also good and tasty, and food hospitability............
