Very nice room, evening is ok. They keep all place very clean. We are very happy to stay at this place. Staff support very kind. We can thrust make my trip, they are doing excellent work to stay at this place. Thanks a lot for make my trip team work. For my concern they are arranging everything very generous.

Rooms are good but service is not good. No tea or food facilities to the room. No wifi as well. Location is good

The restroom will stink due to the sewage drain irrespective of how much perfume you spray. Common hot water system and it only gives non-cold water. Not warm, not hot. You cannot get hot water bath. Bed sheets are not comfortable. No room food service. No dark curtains. Interior is good and spacious but everything else is a bad experience. You cannot reach them through any phone numbers to enquirer about anything before checking in and also after booking. And no flexible 24 hours checkin.

The hotel is good, they need to improve hot water supply, provide laundry service. The hotel owner is very good, they send my aadhar i'd card by courier and i paid them for courier charges

Location, property were excellent. There is scope for improvement in certain areas. They have invested on tv, wifi etc but it is not available for the end user/customer due to technical issues which the inexperienced support staff. Could not handle. Little proper efforts from them can enhance better customer satisfaction
