首先是衞生差，地面及衞生間邋遢，被單邋遢，枱面有邋遢；其次是服務差，要求拖地，説搞衞生的下班了，下班後沒有清潔服務；再次是態度差，要求換被單，來的人把換下來的被芯放在床上，我要求拿件乾淨床單被單給我自己換，他説我耽誤他的時間。
