因為帶小朋友，家庭房滿房了，就訂了高級房。辦理入住時盡然説超過8歲小朋友，不能入住，必須還要多開一間房。預訂了四天也不讓退房，這個操作真的無法理解！如果説加費用，加床都無可厚非，要求多加一間房還是第一次聽説！代理商協調了2天也沒解決！耽誤行程！而且酒店號稱無敵美景，頂層露台去了兩天不同時段，都不開放的，那美景怎麼欣賞！也真是無語了！差評！帶孩子的千萬別踩坑了！
